We cover the whole of London and surrounding areas, we also have partners in all major UK cities.

Our standard van size is a high roof transit van for small moves. We also have a Luton van with a tail lift for heavy items and large moves. Please do not hesitate to call us for advice on the size of van required. Also visit our van size page for further details.

NO ! Whilst pre-booking is advised last minute bookings are also welcome provided we have space on the day.

Yes. Removers Choice Policy ( Goods In Transit, Public Liability)

NO ! We only start charging from the point of our arrival until completion of job at the destination.

At the moment the preferred means of payment we accept is cash. This is because some jobs could stretch the pre-booked amount of time. This way the time is calculated and we ask you pay the driver in cash once the job is completed. The driver will issue a receipt, alternatively we can also send you a receipt via email if required. Only on certain occasions we work with invoices and accept bank transfers.

NO! After our minimum charge for two hours, we charge for every half an hour slot and you can keep the van as long as you like!

NO! We always charge what we quote if you don’t change your requirements.

YES! We have one space available .

YES! On most of jobs.

After the two hours, we charge every half an hour slot. E.g. if you order one man with a standard high roof transit van, it costs £50 per hour with a minimum booking of 2 hours, hence it will come up to £50 X 2 hours = £100.

If the job then takes 2 hours and 15 minutes, it will be charged for 2.5 hours = £125.

If the job takes 2 hours and 40 minutes, it will be charged for 3 hours = £150.

YES! We have never failed to turn up for a job.

Budget Removals endeavour always to be on time!

Delays sometimes might occur and we have a 1.5 hours grace period from the time of booking in which case we shall always call you to let you know. Charging time starts from the time the driver arrives and not from the slot booking time.

We treat any complaint very seriously and will investigate it fully. All we ask for is to contact us either by phone or e-mail before you consider giving us any bad feedback.We are proud of our good reputation and will work very hard to resolve any dispute or complaint.

Yes our men always do help dismantling and assembling and if you tell us in advance we can guarantee the van comes with tools. Please note that with most second hand furniture there is a possibility it might not come back as sturdy once disassembled and assembled, hence we do not take any responsibility if it does-not come back to its original state.
