How It Works
Tell us the time you need the van, ( how many items you have) and location (A to B). We will quote and ask for the postcodes and your contact details. You will receive quote and upon agreement an email of your booking will be sent out.
Our driver makes contact on the day either prior to or upon arrival via text message or calling directly on the contact number you provided.
Agreed rate starts upon our arrival. The driver will assist you in every possible way. Please bare in mind that there can be a charge for stairs. If you order only one man then it is always necessary you provide adequate help for heavy items which can not be lifted just by one person. We can offer one space to travel in the van with the driver. Keep the van as long as you need it!
When the job is completed please pay the driver in cash. If you’ve needed them longer than expected, please pay accordingly.

What we expect from you
Please do not book our services unless you are 100% sure that you will use us, this has happened quite a bit lately and as well as stopping us from earning a living, you are stopping other people from using us.
We help load and unload the vans, but we do not supply or pack boxes, and on our arrival, we expect all packing to be completed and ready to be loaded onto the vans, Please don’t make those boxes to heavy, a good measure is; if you can’t lift them then nor can we, any furniture should be disassembled by the customer unless arranged with us when booking. Please pack all fragile items using appropriate packaging materials and put a clearly visible fragile label on them. Any windows or doors to be removed to gain access for entry should also be arranged when booking. Customers should save parking spaces for vans, usually the size of one and a half cars.
Here are a few tips to look out for when using a Man and Van service:
All final bookings should be made by phone or email, feel free to make enquiries and ask for quotes by email, telling us what your moving, such as different furniture or boxes and bags, as well as what floors your going from and to indicating wether there is a lift available, we also like to know the size of your property, i.e. a one bedroom flat or a two bedroom house, extra stops/requirements, heavy items, indication of how long the job might take and if your completing a house sale on the day of your move, this always adds to the time taken to move you.
